MMR Genetics, Ltd. is an independent sorghum research and breeding company that is headquartered at Richardson Seeds, Ltd.  MMR Genetics is headed by retired Texas A&M University professor and sorghum breeder, Dr. Fred Miller. 

Richardson Seeds is licensed to produce proprietary genetic material from MMR Genetics.
